SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Made-to-order or high-volume periods may take 5–7 business days.
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL (we choose the most reliable option for your address).
• Delivery estimates:
• USA: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment (customs may add time)
• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout. Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+.
• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once the order ships.
• Address issues: Please double-check your address. We’re not responsible for delays/missing packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Lost/damaged packages: If a package shows “delivered,” contact the carrier first, then email us within 3 business days so we can help. For damaged items, include photos of the box and product.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order. Please read the category-specific rules below.
General Eligibility
• Start your request within the window below from the delivery date.
• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags/packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Shipping fees and shipping protection (if selected) are non-refundable.
Swimwear (Bikinis & One-Pieces)
• Hygiene first.
• Bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits: Final sale (no returns/exchanges) for sanitary reasons.
• Bikini tops: Eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days if the hygiene liner and tags are intact and there are no signs of wear, deodorant, fragrance, makeup, or damage.
Lace Front Wigs & Hair
• To be eligible, the wig must be unworn, lace uncut, unplucked, uncustomized, with the texture still fully in tact, free of product and in original packaging.
• Exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
• Final sale if the lace is cut or the wig has been installed, dyed, styled, or altered in any way.
Apparel (Clothing Sets, Tops, Bottoms)
• Refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery if tags are attached and the item is unworn.
• Signs of wear, deodorant/makeup, or missing tags void eligibility.
Defects/Wrong Item
• If we sent the wrong item or there’s a manufacturing defect, email us within 3 business days with order number + clear photos. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return/Exchange

2. We’ll reply with steps and (if approved) a return address.
3. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange/store credit/refund.
